My package seems to be lost somewhere between my house and the neighbor city. It arrived on july 11th to a facility close to my home and they stopped giving me tracking information. I am concerned.

I contacted the support client because I have never received my order number 36594860. Nobody is contacting me. I don't know where my order was delivered. I have absolutely 0 informations. So basically I just lost my funds. I have no feed back from your side I will start a legal action against your company.
